This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we treat user information we collect through our websites, apps, software and other online services (the “VoiceCube”, “Service” or “Platform”). This Policy governs the information collection and process practices for the Platforms. By downloading, using and/or accessing our services through the Platforms, you expressly consent to the information practices described in this Policy.IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY TERM IN THIS POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR SERVICES.
This Privacy Policy applies only to our collection and processing of information about users of the Services.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to any services, websites or software operated by third parties that are linked to us (whether we provide those links or other users share them) nor does it apply to content, data, applications or materials from third parties. We advise you to check the privacy policies of any third party website or software before providing any information to them.
We collect your information through three primary methods: Information You Provide, Information Automatically Gathered, and Information Obtained from Other Sources. Details on each are provided below.
User Content: We collect the content you generate or share through our Service, including audio recordings, videos, and associated metadata, such as the time, location, and creator of the content. Even if you do not use our Service, your information may be included in content created or shared by others on our Platform.

Content Analysis: We analyze the characteristics and features of the videos, images, and audio recordings you share as part of your User Content. This might involve detecting objects, scenes, faces, or other elements within images, as well as transcribing spoken words. These processes help with content moderation and enable special effects like transcription and captions.
Cookies andTrackingTechnologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and provide our Platform. For more information on our use of cookies, please refer to Article 4 of this Policy. Where required by law, we will seek your consent before using cookies.
MarketingData: This includes mobile advertising identifiers, your preferences for receiving updates on our activities, events, and publications, and how you engage with our communications. We will obtain your explicit consent to send you marketing information where required by law.
DatafromThird-PartyServices: We may collect personal information from third-party platforms and partners. The personal data we collect from these sources is governed by this Privacy Policy. However, information stored by third parties remains subject to their privacy policies, including their decisions on whether to continue sharing data with us, the types of data shared, and your choices regarding visibility on those third-party services. If the third party allows you to remove an application or feature, we will stop collecting data through it, though we may retain previously collected information in compliance with applicable laws.

Permissions We Require
To ensure you can fully utilize our features and services, we may request the following permissions from your device. We collect only the necessary data with your consent, adhering to the principle of minimal data collection:
Camera Access: Required for taking photos, such as when uploading a profile picture.
MicrophoneAccess: Necessary for recording audio, which is used for features like audio recording and speech-to-text conversion.
Location Access: Used to assist in naming files when recording audio, requiring your consent for accurate file management.
Access to Photo Library: Required for importing videos, uploading transcriptions, uploading profile pictures, and submitting feedback with screenshots. This permission allows us to read and write files to your device's photo album.
Save to Photo Library: Required for saving personal referral QR codes or other shared content to your device’s photo album.
You can manage these permissions in your device’s settings, enabling or disabling them as you choose. When you enable a permission, you authorize us to collect and use the corresponding data to provide the relevant service. Disabling a permission means you revoke your consent for that data collection, and we will stop gathering and using the associated information. This may affect your ability to use certain features, but your prior consent and data usage will remain unaffected by the change.
We use your personal information to provide you with a great overall experience in the following ways:
Providing and Maintaining Services: We use your registration details, device information, and content like video and audio recordings to set up your account and deliver the services you request, view, engage with, or purchase. We do so in accordance with our contractual obligations to you.

Communication: Your information allows us to keep you informed about your account, transactions, and updates to our services. We also use it to send you notifications and newsletters you’ve opted into.

We operate globally and may transfer your personal information our Affiliates or third parties in locations around the world for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Wherever your personal information is transferred, stored or processed by us, we will take reasonable steps to safeguard the privacy of your personal information. These steps may include implementing standard contractual clauses which recognized by law, obtaining your consent, or other lawful means of transferring personal information.

It applies to personal information we collect on or through the Services and through other means (such as information collected offline, in person, and over the telephone). If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information to third parties who intend to license or sell that personal information. You can exercise this right by contacting us as set forth below with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your account. Please note that we do not currently sell your personal information as sales are defined in Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A.
If you are a resident of the European Union, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country. You may have certain additional rights with respect to your personal information under the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (the “GDPR”). Nothing in this Agreement affects your rights to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

If you believe that our processing of your information is inconsistent with your data protection rights under the GDPR and we have not adequately addressed your concerns, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country.
General age limitation: The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and our Terms of Use do not allow children under 13 years of age to use the App. If we learn that we have collected personal information of a child under the age of 13, we will delete it. We encourage parents with concerns to contact us.
Age limitation for EU residents and California Residents: Due to requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and California Consumer Privacy Act you shall be at least 16 years old in order to use our Services. To the extent prohibited by applicable law, we do not allow use of the Service by the EU residents and California residents younger than 16 years old, unless with the parent’s/guardian’s permission as provided above.
If we unintentionally collect personal data, find any content with, or related to a child under age 13 (or 16 in the EU and California), we will delete such information as quickly as possible.
The effective date of this Policy is set forth at the top of this webpage. We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time with or without notice and will place any updates on this webpage. The amended Policy supersedes all previous versions. Your continued use of products and services on our platform will be taken as acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
